Can you believe it is already month #6 of 2024? I am certainly having a hard time with it. Time flies when you are having fun! My FIT Course Is Back!

CIRCULAR PRODUCT LIFECYCLE

The course I have been teaching at The Fashion Institute of Technology since 2013 is back this summer, and you can sign up for it here. This course is where I coined my assessing methodology called The 7 Stages of a Circular Product Lifecycle. It is also, part of their Sustainable Design Entrepreneurship Certificate. New Role

MENTORING

I am excited to announce that I have joined the team of mentors for the second cohort of acceleration at Project Makers.

SOCIAL IMPACT

Their focus is on addressing some of the most impactful United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically related to Puerto Rico. They put social impact on equal par with economic development.

Hernán-Herdez Turns 10

My dear Melissa Hernández has had a jewelry brand for ten years; as a recovering fashion designer, I know that is no small feat. Do yourself a favor and check out her shop.
